S . M . A . R . T Goal Setting
Cross country is coming and Room 7 are learning all about setting S.M.A.R.T goals to set ourselves up for success in cross country this year.
S = Specific
M = Measurable
A = Achievable
R = Realistic
T = Time-based
Example: This year in cross country my goal is to run all the way without stopping. To achieve this I will train every cross country training at school and also train Monday, Wednesday and Thursday after school by running around our front lawn (or orchard) for 15 minutes.
When I am unable to run I will power walk until I feel like I can run again.
I will achieve this over the next 6 weeks. :)
